"Expected BEGIN_ARRAY but was STRING at line 2 column 1 path $ " Array가 들어올거라고 선언한 위치에 Array가 아닌 일반 문자열이 들어왔다는겁니다.인터페이스에 List 제거 해 보세요 Call> -> Call json 문자열과 LoadCustomersResponse가 1:1로 매핑되도록 data class를 작성하셨는데인터페이스는 1:N으로 돼있으니 파싱에 실패하는 것 같네요
