nginx connect() failed (111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream

AWS Elastic Beanstalk &#43; github action으로 CI/CD를 진행하는데, github actions는 잘 동작하는데 Elastic Beanstalk에서 무한 로딩이 걸립니다.nginx의 error.log 파일을 열어보니 아래와 같은 에러 문구가 엄청 많았습니다. https://nginx.org/en/docs/http/ngx_http_upstream_module.html#upstream애플리케이션이 8080 포트로 수신중인게 맞다면 upstream 정의시 프로토콜을 포함한 것을 의심해봐야할 것 같네요.문서와 대부분의 예제 상 프로토콜까지 포함하진 않아서요.
