git 에서 pull request 생성 시.&#34;only one pull request may be open for a given source and target branch&#34;의 경고 메시지와 함께 pr생성이 안됩니다.혹시. 이게 어떤 경우이고 어떻게 해결 가능한지 아시는 분 있을까요?

이미 만들어 놓은 PR을 Merge처리 하지 않아서 PR을 또 생성할 수 없었던 것이었습니다.may be open 이라고 되어 있어서 열어 놓았다는게 뭔 말인가 했는데.. ㅡ.,ㅡ;; 그런 뜻이 군요.
